Nothing for you to worry about. It was actually closer to 150 because I didn't have the right size drill bit for a 140, so I knew it when I was drilling it that I might be over doing it, but I did it anyway. Sometimes you have to run before you walk...

I have a 130, 135, 140, and 145 jet in the mail, so I am sure I will get this right yet.

I am having my ass handed to me by my rear brake caliper... Time to order some new parts. Starting with a rebuild kit for the MC, and SS brake line, and a rebuild kit for the caliper. I am sure the parts guy is going to scratch his head when I start asking for 1981 and 1984 parts.

Actually it's closer to a span of 75- 2016. Headlights, mirrors, front fender all bought new this year.

And some China scooter mixed in lol.

As I wait for a SS brake line to arrive, I had to go to the local dealer (I hate going there!) to get the washers for the brake line. The guy at the parts counter and I know each other pretty well and our wives work together too, so we started talking...

He asked me the year: 1981
He asked me the model: 1200 GoldWing...
He said: 1100, Honda didn't make a 1200 in 81.

I said: I know, I did.

:smilie_happy:

Then we really got to talking.

I've had this nagging problem for quite some time, but just didn't do anything about it because I had too many other things going on. It was the Buss fuse block I installed.

There was a lose connection internally that caused things to stop working when I hit bumps. Mostly it was just the lights that were cutting out, but since I now have the carb and fuel pump going through that fuse block, I needed to get it replaced.

Several weeks ago I ordered a Blue Sea fuse block and tonight I finally replace it.

This fuse block is a much higher quality and looks bethere too.

Looks good Brian! I considered the same fuse block before I started the major fuse/relay panel change for my '82. The fuse block change by itself will be a great improvement, but I feel that the upgrades I am getting with the built in relays will be worth it.
