That's a custom rat bike, nothing like either an Interstate or Aspi.

the speedo and stuff was digital is all and aspys had all the bells and wistles ...your bike has none of that whats going on with it ...whats you doing to it

82 had regular speedo and tac 83s had digital

that's an 82 aspy front end for sure

aspy (82-3) is the only one with vented rotors,
83 has the linked anti-dive setup

82 also started dual pot/piston calipers
