its not easy to do that switch them over but if you can it would tell all you have switched everything else...you can switch th wires at the motor ....the connector is entirely different and would be a bitch to switch

Alright, did the swap at the connector, and as I thought it would, the firing order is 180deg out of order. I think at this point all I can do is replace pulse gen.
yes thats it .....sorry for that .....wonder how hard it will be to find one

Yes 180 out.
Now you need to swap the coil primary leads.
If the problem moved then you got it, bad pulser.
