I have two '83 rear wheels, one low mileage(66k), one higher(119k). Are there any potential issues putting the low miles Rear wheel on higher miles drive hub?
no not unless there is a issue already ..you can change out drive flange in wheels and keep mating gear parts the same really .. id just inspect things good if there isnt visable wear difference id wouldnt worry about it ....
I did the swap on my '83 with no problems at all. The original hub was stretched, causing the wheel to wobble and ruining the flange splines. The replacement solved everything.
