I’m pretty sure that’s a vent or over fill drain. No clues from where you got it from? I ask because to work as intended you normally need the proper cap to go with it.

This is what it is:
RYANSTAR Universal 2.5L Water Coolant Expansion Overflow Water Tank Reservoir Complete Header kit Aluminium Alloy Silver (Polished)
The cap is a pressure cap. I'm thinking this might work as a gas tank.
I'm assuming I just connect a small fuel hose to the vent and route down somewhere. I don't want to blow myself up though.
