60 mile ride today. I need to stop now roll the bike into the garage and get this bike tuned up starting with valve adjust and then carb synch. It was a pleasure riding at 65 and 70. Not running well at idle. Thanks to everyone for the advice you've offered. I have been following it to the best of my ability.

Not running well at idle is probably gummed low speed jets. Try adding techron injector cleaner to the fuel. Then run the rpm up without shifting and coast down several times next ride. This forces highest vacuum through the idle circuit for long periods. I do this with my bikes every spring and so far after three or four times the idle smooths right out.
