Once it sells I am sure that there will be heaps of disappointed potential purchasers.. :head bang:

Just perfect! Beautiful ride for the future buyer. He just has to give the money.

My original Craig's list ad ran the 45 day course. The Ebay ad ran 7 days. I have created new ads and lowered the price. I have also listed the bike as an OEM Standard without showing the aftermarket stuff, but it is still being sold with it all.

For Members only, the price has been reduced to $2500.

I'm surprised that, in New Jersey, with prime riding season here, it hasn't sold. That is a nice specimen.

I guess it sort of illustrates the long-held belief that Goldwings, even Standards, are for the "older" crowd. I really don't know why. Unless the ratio of those who are truly just posers (and sadly all too many riders are), the notion that a motorcycle can just be a solid, reliable, long-winded and basic machine just doesn't enter into the equation. A motorcycle is just a fashion accessory.

Pffft. My list of pet peeves is getting longer than it used to be.

Jump on it Dave!
I have no money & no where to put it. All I could do is trade my long-time ride and some  :cool!: for it; and I'm too attached to my Interstate.

You can make your own alkie, & save a lot of cash. My old man taught me just because your poor, you do not have to stay sober :hihihi: clean out a spot to squeeze it into, & go for it. :good:

As much as I enjoy having two bikes around, we really do not have the room. The Slug is starting to get upset with me for not taking her out. :hihihi:

She will feel much better after that new paint job! Part of the reason for the sale was to raise the money for some long term plans for my bike. Been planning on a professional OEM paint job since we got her on the rode 10 years ago.
