I have an 84 Aspy that I have been restoring. I have cleaned the carbs and bike works ok. However every so often it fouls a plug on the same cylinder. The plug doesn't get wet and as soon as I clean it the bike works fine. Do you think the bike is running too rich?

Fouled plugs are caused by too rich fuel mixture, oil past the rings or valve guides, or loss of spark, and maybe in a rare case an air restriction. Not sure what you meant "plug doesn't get wet." What is the condition of the plug that it needs to be cleaned? If it is not wet I would assume it is not too rich. What do the other plug look like? Hope you find the cause.

Later, Bud...
