I have no idea what that would cost to ship to Virginia. Any ideas?

It would be too large for parcel (UPS/FedEx) so you'd have to strap it to a skid and ship by freight. I did a quick quote on freightquote.com , assuming 100lbs. on a standard pallet, and your looking at near $300. Fastenal has there own program for moving skids that would be cheaper, but it still seems like it'll be more than the fairing is worth.

Look around locally. I have posted sets for free on Craigslist and ended up sending to the dump.
