Gl1100 aspencade- turn signals

My left turn signal works fine. The right turn signal does not blink. It comes on and stays solid. Any suggestions?

Try switching the left and right bulbs. If it stays the same then start tracking the wires from the plug under the seat.

Definitely not drawing enough current to make it flash. Check bad connections for low voltage as well.
