I think there's a big gear missing in that first photo.
Little gear on right of top shaft is missing??????

What's wrong with the gears?
OK - Wildwing, yup, they should be in the transmission, and Dan, yup, I didn't include the output shaft gear. Sorry, Toytender, there are no missing small gears, the big gear on the bottom shaft drives the previously-mentioned output shaft gear. What I was hoping someone would see:
The upper left bearing is backwards - the groove should be on the outside. I know, picky, picky, picky, but I never said it would be easy! I'll put up some more one of these days...
