What is the plan then? Take the head to the machinist? Or true it yourself? I expect there will also be low spots on the motor surface for the head also. A long mill file will do a great job making them flat.

Did you flush the engine and radiator prior to re-installing? (Could be oil that was still in the system?) Just trying to be hopeful.":tjz26xhm]
I just removed the radiator and the coolant has traces of oil in it just like before.
I did flush the radiator very well. With the engine I made sure to give her an oil and filter change.":2sp18wtu]

I also watched your video a few times and unless it was a real humid day, that steam/smoke is carrying a long way before it dissipates. Are there any traces of coolant at the tailpipe after the engine cools? That much white smoke/steam should leave a trace of coolant.
I am almost under the opinion that it is un-burned gasoline. As the engine sits cold, pull the plugs and take a sniff. See if they smell of gas.

Another slim possibility.....I noticed in the original video (after heads were back on) a bit of smoke as the engine ran. But in this video, the bike is on the side stand. You didn't happen to by chance fill the oil and check the level while it was on the side stand?
If so, you will be way overfilled with oil and it will run up into the head and cause smoke out the left side. (Here is to hoping again! :beg: )
What is going on here? Could be good news!! Stuck carb float or dirty float needle seat! :yahoo: (Would sure beat pulling the head again!)":3d4bpy83]
I might have found the problem. Let me know if this could be causing all the white smoke. I pulled plugs 2 & 4 , 4 was normal but 2 smelled like gas, I mean big time. What's going on here?
