Hi all. Got back on 2 wheels after a 25yr break. Started back with a 99 ninja 500. After a couple of years the old knees started to protest. Picked up an 08 KLR and loving it, knees are happy but, doesn't require much tinkering. So picked up an 81 Interstate with 62,000 kilometers and a velorex sidecar that has been sitting for a while. Fires up ok, but is going to need some work. I'm sure I'll be back here plenty for advice as this winter project progresses. Cheers!
