Sure looks nice with the lowers, I think it looks better then the Hondaline, especially when the paint matches. I wonder if vetter had a lower that went all the way down..That would be perfection.

Killer look, Joe. :good: Not to mention the added protection the fairing brings. NICE!

That is really looking nice with the Vetter stuff. That's the first time I've seen the carbs/carb covered like that.
~O~

I think that might be another motive behind Joe's decision to dress it up - Hide the carb and the 1200 motor so he really can go hunting for some 1500's :hihihi:

well I am impressed too ...the vetter lowers are the first ive seen to in this size ...up close it reminds you of a street bike or crotch rocket type fairing where everything seems covered ...I will probably mod it to where it fits really good down to the motor .....ill probably go vetter all the way including bags and trunk ....also ill probably go with the huge travel cade seat ..it sure looks funny when I had it on hooch naked just way big looking .....but it was hard to get around the comfort and set back seemed just right ....me and patty are some what small and we will both just sink right into these plush seats......and with the bags and trunk in place im hoping it looks proportionate to every thing at least better than naked did ....im thinking it will be like a mini 1500 ...smaller size but plenty big and comfortable for me and patty as a 1500 is and with whole lot less weight and a bunch more power ...

well it seems the Harley bags I got im going to use on hooch instead of vetter ...maybe a bates trumk too ...it was looking rather good im liking everything good ...pics coming soon

I was going to moderate Joe's statement.......I thought he meant he "Hardly" knew which bags he was going to use? :smilie_happy:

well working on it .. haven't a clue on how or what I am doing just doing it as it comes to me ...along with burning leaves ... nice day today so far

Burning leaves... are you starting a forest fire? :smilie_happy: with as many trees as you have, that's what it would take to get rid of all the leaves

well leaves are still ruling the grounds right now ... if I can bear the temp outside and in the doghouse ill do some hooch dressing ... I did fix up a nice idle adjust mod on hooch ... after relising the vetter lowers covers up all access to motor cavity ... I wanted a user friendly idle adjustment that was super easy to make while sitting on bike ...turned out to be easy to do and works great ... just a simple hose that fits over idle screw hex head and to a place easy to adjust it right at upper frame and seat area .. seems perfect and works great ... now to try and final mount the Harley bag set up ...im liking the look so far
