Geesh!! Been busy with different bikes. Taking a break from the wings the last few months. Bought a 1982 Yamaha Seca 550 . Love the bike! Currently restoring a 1973 Yamaha tx500. Rare bike since it had quite a few issues. Anyway… here are a few pics . Once done, will probably build another Gl1200.
Later.

I had to sell one of my other bikes to help make ends meet, but at least I could keep my Wing. The rebuild continues, a little at a time, and I hope to ride it in the new year!
Family takes a lot of time, but I wouldn't trade it for the world!

I almost made a decision I would later regret. Put this wing up for sale and then said, “ what the hell am I doing?”
I spent 9 months building her, very meticulously to the point of every nut and bolt cleaned.
So glad I still have this bike…. Will never sell :)

Got the chicken tractor up and running. Had to hurry up and get the functional part done for winter, still gotta finish up some trim.
I just move it around to a new spot every couple days with the tractor. Free range confinement.
They should start producing eggs pretty soon.

The 5gallon bucket gravity feeds water to the drinking fountains inside. I put a panel inside the door and fill it with feed. They stick their head in the holes to get a bite.
A small solar panel powers the rechargable led light inside, programed to turn on at 5pm and off at 10pm.
Wireless baby monitor to keep an eye on them, see if they all made it inside when the automatic door closes at 630pm. Camera has tilt, pan, zoom, and 2way mic so I can hear any commotion. Camera itself needs power, so I am limited to 100' extention cord for now. Looking for solar panel ideas to power camera. But plan to use mostly grid power in winter anyways.

Looks great! Missing one of the 3 bolts on the chrome triangle engine mount?
Yes I was still doing some carb tuning when that pic was taken removing the triangle makes it a bit easier to put throttle linkage on
