I have been riding Goldwings for over 20 years, and other bikes for 51 years. I enjoy long trips over 500 miles. A good trip would be at least 1000 miles. I am currently working on a 87 GL1200, and adding a sidecar (California Friendship II) to it.

That's going to be a nice rig when its done, a few guys here like the long rides ,100 a day is fine for me maybe a backrest would help but more power to ya for riding long...Welcome to the forum.
