I wonder if my dog misses his family

Maybe who cares but...I wonder if re united would he recognize his siblings or would they be treated as he does all other dogs. No telling where he came, a rescue dog he is. I hear they live for the day but my boy always wants to walk industrial parks,backs of stores as if searching for something. Hmm

We can never know what's going on in their minds. I see cats, dogs, even fish and birds looking at things as though they're planning or searching for something. Animals deserve much more credit and respect than most people give them.

my traitor dog just went down to the neighbors house .....like going to doggyland ... the dogs have got it made around here ...if you can keep them home during hunting season

Mine does everything she can to sneak out past me when I open the garage door.
She makes her rounds and is back in 10 minutes. After that she doesn't want to go out the door.
Go figure. I think she get's her 'fix' or something. Glad she IS fixed.

With ours being a Kelpie cross we asked the vet the other day when he would settle down ( desexed 3 years ago and no change) and was informed when he is about 10 ( another 4 years) :doh:
