A fellow I ride with recently had his vt1300 run over by a city truck...(they felt bad and stood it back up, put the cover back on and swept up the fragments) three days later he receives a call from the police with finished accident report. My friend ( Bubble Wrap, cuz he keeps us safe) says " What accident?" At any rate the insurance company totaled his bike and being a former "Wing" owner ('80 1100, 86 1200) Found, purchased and rode to PA from Iowa an '88 1500 with 50k on the clock. So the question is, are the rules strict with 25 years and older? or does 22 qualify?
