Got one of these at Bikefest here in Vegas tonight.

No moving parts, can't lock up on ya. Install, push forward with your finger until it makes contact with brake handle, throttle forward to reset.

I have a throttle lock and a Cramp Buster. I use them in uinson when I need to lock the throttle, but then need to adjust.
