Looks ok to me, just a little twisted with the bit on the end missing. :yes:

It would be a good candidate for the 1500 engine Joe, and I'm sure the reverse would come in handy at some point

no mike it the steering comes right out of the triple tree and mounts to pillow block point and from there is like go kart steering plate with holes for tie rods to wheels and has a damper on it .....seems to work well and good leverage ....hmmmmmmmm dave that's and idea ....

everything is in the air dan ... but it looks like good news I guees the cylinder shows signs of corroision and when it came there was no plug in this cylinder for whatever reason but is showed more corrosion than the other cylinder ... as far as head gose there was the 10mm bolt missing from bottom of head ....

right after pulling head untouched ...looks like nud but its oil and spray lube mix with some corrosion

lokks like this cylinder has some streaking and glaze ive seen a lot worst ...it seems that the valve shows sign of not sealing and is up only as far as piston will push it so this is al good sing to me could be worst but it looking great so far from what might have been wrong .... :heat: :mrgreen:

Depends on what yer definition of Hoochizing is. I would like him 2 use the '75 heads & cams that I brought to him w/ the trike. (by the way, she has a name: "pissed Frengi".)

The front axle is a '74 Super Beetle. The subframe the beetle axel is bolted into is just mild cold rolled steel with a dune buggy axle saddle. Then a shock perch was fabed up off the frame for a second set of air/spring/hydrolic stock shocks for the front. Just forward of the battery mount is an air compressor with 2 air horns and I've got an auto leveler to put on it. Then I'll get some relays and wire it so that I can adjust the ride height going down the road. Be great for towing with!
