Hi everyone, I introduce myself, I am Paola and I write from Italy, my husband and I have several motorcycles, a Gl 1000 from 1976 (yellow), a GL 1000 LTD from 1976, a GL 1200 from 1985, CBX 1000 from 1979, Kawasaki 250 Samurai from 1970, Kawasaki 350 s2 from 1970, Kawasaki H1-H1A-H1B-H1D. our motorcycles are all preserved, not restored, and each motorcycle travels around 3000 KM per year.
Being a girl, I have nothing to teach, only to learn.

Paola, welcome to the site from across the Pond in New Jersey! Your quote, "Being a girl, I have nothing to teach, only to learn." is modest! But, we all are always learning here and had a few "girls" teach us a thing or two! My daughters helped me take our '82 GL1100 from a dead motorcycle to road eating bike that has been halfway across the USA at least 2 times. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

Welcome from Vancouver Island. Nice stable of bikes to ride. I have a friend who is mechanically challenged and he admits it. Everyone has their own skill sets to complement those with others.

"Being a Girl" and "Nothing to Teach" are not related... Everyone has things to learn, and everyone has things to teach.

I regularly show people how to 'fall off a horse', so they know how... :smilie_happy:

With that collection of motorcycles, I'm certain you have learned how to properly care for, feed, and operate them all.

Post pictures of your engine-driven herd!

BTW... How goes things in Italy with this virus now? Restauraunts finally opened up (at half capacity) here, so I took my wife out to dinner for first time since March 10th. Tomorrow I'll be running errands in the company truck, but in the afternoon, I will rotate the tires on my '84 GL1200, in the 'factory-recommended' way... (release clutch, apply throttle, and smile...) :hi:

Welcome to classic .
Wow love to have all those bikes my my posts some pics ..

Me too!
Please post pictures!

Another benefit to having you on the forum is that you may ask a question that the guys are too "shy" (too much testosterone) to ask, but ought to hear the answer to. I learn as much from others' questions as my own!

Welcome from Virginia. I once briefly had a 1971 S2 Kawasaki 350, red with yellow stripes, I hate myself for letting it get away, lol!

Ciao bella!
