Hi
I'm new here
I have an 83 gold wing (my dad gave it to me)
Last time I rode it was 5 years ago. One of the front calipers locked up and it's been sitting ever since. I think it's time to find a new home for her.
How can I find out what it's worth and what's the best way to market it?

It's not worth a dime more than the guy who wants it most is willing to pay. Why not just fix it up and ride it? Welcome to the forum.

Welcome from Oz. Good luck with your sale.
+1 on better to fix up and ride it. :good: :moped:

Welcome from Southern California! You'll certainly get more for it in running/riding condition. If you're handy with a wrench, the brake calipers are not at all difficult to rebuild. Is it a Standard (naked), Interstate, or Aspencade?

Family heirlooms are sometimes worth hanging on to, :hihihi: & 83 is a red headed stepchild, much like the 84 standards. Making them both very desirable to certain people looking for their parts, & pieces. :good: If you don't want it, your best bet would be to part it out, if you lived closer i would love to acquire it to make use of some of the parts in my garage.
