I have verry short legs and when I come to a stop I just sorta lean to one side and put ONE foot down to touch the pavemrnt then I let my bum cheeks do the balancing, along with pressure on the bars. It works really well, for me. I kinda eliminated all the worring about the feet. I went to Florida and bought a trike. I bought a 2000 HONDA Valkyrie. Since I live in W.Va, I can only start the bike on warm days. Since it is a Florida bike that is the only time it starts. Cant figure it out. I have a battery tender on it and it still will not start on cold days. OLD BIKE AND RIDER. :moped: :moped:
