New member here with 77 1000

Thanks for the warm welcome.....I'm sure I'll be asking a lot of questions...right now just trying to get the attack plan down and find compatible replacements. Any sugguest on tach and speedo

... with using 1100 or 1000 heads the tack and speedo will work from the 77 as fuel pump will to and thats where tack drive is at

I have a set if you want. Shoot me a reasonable offer. Keep in mind the 84 requires a mod to the crossmember in the back for the ignition housing to clear. I saw pics of one where he just took half of the pipe out and welded flat stock in. If you want to keep the ignition, I'd make something different so you don't have to pull the motor to work on it. If you're using early cams, you won't need it.
