Picked up a 300$ basket case 76 wing in may. After rebuilding carbs, brakes, exhaust, recovering seat and paint I've spent about 2000$ total. Runs very good but exhaust pops on decel after new exhaust- haven't resync'd carbs yet.

Welcome aboard! Don't forget to reset the air/fuel mix screws. Decel popping can be an air leak issue or the air cutoff valve too I think. Do post some pictures and tell us more about your build. Joe just revived his 77. Did you modify along the way?

Picked up a basket case years ago for my Kid A trail 50, got it put togather and running and had three kids ride it over a 5 year period..... Sold it as a basket case for the same price I bought it for. Now that is getting your monies worth...( the only bile I never lost mony on) :smilie_happy: :Egyptian: :Egyptian:
