Well If I remember right it only drips after being ridden, not while running and then shut off. If I have time this weekend I will start it up again let it run for 10 minutes or so then shut it off and put wax paper board under and see what happens.

Probably has something to do with the scavenger pump clogged letting the back cover fill with oil. That happens while riding when it's plugged. Once oil back there the gasket doesn't stand a chance with oil being flung at it.
Can check this by loosening up the small clutch cover and see if oil drains out. There shouldn't be any.
