Its tricky getting the surfaces clean and getting the Orings on the front cover positioned, but with patience and some grease to hold the Orings in place, it's not that bad.

When you begin to remove the front cover get a big piece of cardboard and push each bolt in in the position they are on the cover. It will be less frustrating when you go to put it back together. The bolts are of several different lengths and are easy to get mixed up

I believe I'm getting it cleaned up pretty good... But .. I believe I moved the neutral switch while cleaning it up .... Is that going to be a problem.... As long as it lines up ..??... Suggestions are welcomed .... Thankx in advance......

There is a small pointer on the yellow body of the switch. Line up the longer arm with this pointer or tab. ( not sure what to call it) Before you put the housing back on TEST the switch by turning on ignition and grounding the case to the frame. The neutral light on dash should come on. I use a small jumper wire for this with clips on each end one on housing and one on the nut that holds crash bar on. This will give you peace of mind knowing it is right before you assemble. Good luck with your project.
Also make sure transmission is in neutral by rotating the rear wheel.
