Ok front brakes now

It does seem like it would be possible to bleed the calipers from a point above them. Probably would just take too long for any air bubble to rise through the brake fluid, if it even would move without some vibration or motion to cause the air bubble to move.

Pretty much what I did ...I’ve got some brake now but it’s spongy...

For giggles, try tying the front lever to the grip and leave overnight. It worked once for me :popcorn:
 
Ok went for ride today ....bike run beautiful pulled like a freight train ....the brakes are getting better and better ..I’ve been tieing them back ...still spongy but rather good brakes on one pull ...I’ll just keep it up strapping brake lever ...
