im better today than yesterday ...im starting to feel rather good ....and if thats not enough ....my avitar changed to the easy rider ride ....i like it a lot .... :mrgreen:

well ive had a few bad days.....not real bad ...i think the change in the weather to being colder made a impact ....i was freezing all the time anyway and it just took me out of my narrow comfort zone for my condition ...i dont expect this to be big ...i was just to weak to handle the change and im resting alot ...anyway im hanging in there tuff as always
