Hey gang, I have a '76 Wing that someone put a Vetter fairing on.
....and they did a crappy job of it.
I'm thinking about converting it back to standard, or close to it.
Question: I was just given a complete headlight shell with
Stanley sealed beam and the mounting studs with pigtails
for grounding that I was told came off a '76 CB750.
Since my bike still has the ears on the forks, will this headlight
fit right in there?
(My bike is not here at moment or I would go check myself)
It appears to me that they may have used the same headlight
on both the 76 CB750 and the '76 Wing.
Anyone know if it is....or will work?
Thanks guys!

Should be fine George but I would use the Vetter H4 headlamp in the 750 bucket so that you can upgrade to a 35w HID for more light and less power consumption

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind.
Right now, the 750 headlight still has the Stanley sealed beam unit,
that says 'Motorcycle' at the bottom of the lens, installed in it.
I'm guessing that it would be very hard to find a replacement for
that light these days. The upgrade sounds like the way to go.
