Questions about the pulley in the gallery

I have been reading about he conversion and the 4in pulley in the gallery. I see that there are some specs on a hand drawn drawing here: gallery/image.php?mode=medium&album_id=164&image_id=7202
Is this the same as the pulley everyone is using? I work at a place that has a machine shop and a water jet, I can machine my own pulley if these are the right specs.

4" is the preferred pulley and if memory serves that drawing is for one to fit the 1100.

That's the drawing for 1100 and 1200 though extending the center an 1/8 inch more to clear the front cover works out better.
I have the drawing with that revision I should put in the gallery.
