I know I just removed the tank cover, tray, complete fairing, recovery tank and it was still hell to get to and get unscrewed with hoses and wires running across the top of it.

Only way I can get to mine is remove the seat, and top shelter. I also take the overflow bottle loose(just one bolt), and that gives me complete access. No way they could have made ANYTHING simple on one....

My hands are small enough I can sometimes get it off. This last time that thing was impossible without removing the shelter.

I have a better question ,I got mine off,how do I get it back on with out pulling the motor?
Have someone with small hands install it for you.

Make an extension to come up higher so you can remove that cap from a taller location...ha ha flexable hose with a cap on it..

i'm just wondering what honda was thinking when the put radiator cap in where it is. i will say i is a hassle to do it on my sei as i have to color code wires for all the electronics in the false tank.

Hey Dan , How'd ya go about doing that ?????
Pretty simple actually.
I cut the filler neck off with a hacksaw, pinched it closed and soldered it, then used a 3/4" house copper 90 elbow on the front side. Soldered and painted.

Dang Dan....dint know you wuz a plumber....I thunk you wuz an lectrician....
