I kept a set of broken lowers from an 84 wreck to make these scoops. It took about five minutes with the saw to make them, they can then be painted to match the bike. The pics show them mounted on Suzy and 86 model that has the radiator moved forward at the bottom to accommodate the 4" pulley mounted behind it so they don't fit right at the bottom, on a stock bike they would fit with the bottom piece just like on a non-modified bike. The scoops allow all the hard work that you've done polishing and painting the engine area to show, no longer have to remove anything to check the plugs or adjust the carbs and I'm thinking would allow the heat from the engine to exit quicker resulting in lower engine temps in the summer.
