had a flat , idk, it doesn't look like a nail hole, more like a crack,, about 5/8 long.. I put a plug in it and that seems to be
working.. This is supposedly a new tire,,, it does appear to be, well,, also I noticed the directional arrow on the tire is goin the wrong direction, does anyone know if I should fix it or leave it? should probly get it booted,, and turned around,, sumtime

Welcome to the Forum Trak

If that is a new tire and was installed backwards I would be taking it back to the guy that put it on looking for a new one.

I was told that running the tire backwards for extended periods makes the radial plies separate - it does not disperse water correctly - lots of reasons to switch it around.
