What is really ****** up about this in California is if she didn’t have insurance or any assets, lawyers wouldn’t take the case. They’d tell you there’s nothing to go after and you’re screwed. Just happened to my daughter on the back with her boyfriend. If he hadn’t had full coverage on his bike, he’d be ******.
Fortunately my baby girl has medical insurance thru me so medical bills are covered, and other than pain and bruising she’s fine.

I’m looking into uninsured motorists coverage so at least maybe I’d get something if I can’t work. Hope I can friggen afford it!
