Ok guys, i took some pictures to give everyone an overview of what im looking at. Hopefully you guys can see what im looking at and give me some info.

I can't tell what you're seeing. Can you explain some more or maybe stick something in there and see if you can get a sample?

Fill the cylinders through the plug holes with ATF or penetrating fluid clear up to the threads and let it soak a few days. If the level drops any add more so the oil can soak all around the cylinders. Yes the center pulley is the crank. Don't worry about too much fluid being in there. Once the motor moves it'll push the fluid out the plug holes.

Atf will run right out the exhaust valves that are open, even slightly open.
Loosening up the valve adjusters all the way may help close them if they're not open much.

How would i loosen those vavles?

Remove the valve covers and loosen the rocker adjusters.

In the bottom picture you'll see a 10 mm locknut on each adjuster for the valves.
Loosen that then turn the adjuster all the way loose.

After you loosen the valve rockers all the way back, try the motor again just to be sure it wasn't a piston bottoming out on an incorrectly timed valve. If still stuck then at least we have eliminated that possibility completely.

What do you consider cylinders 3 & 4?

sitting on the bike, the right rear cylinder is 3 and the left rear cylinder is 4

Sorry, i lied. Its cylinders 2 & 3. In the process of pulling the valve covers off right now. I also got a picture of what i was talking about earlier with the silver paste. Also found some nasty old oil in the bottom of the covers.

Back out the adjusters until they are flush inside the rockers. All of them.

So loosen them up until the spring is flush with the rocker?

The tappet sticking out of the rocker to push the valve should be loosened until it's flush with the rocker.

So after I do this i just let it sit again?
