Wow $89.00 where did you buy it? I cant get them rebuilt for that price
A day late here but, for thread searchers: usually all starters need is a new set of brushes/holders and a good cleaning. On occasion a bearing change is warranted (like every 2-3 brush changes). These things are easy fixes. My signature contains a link to this service for V45 Magna to give you some idea.
