Starters

I haven't had to replace a starter yet, but I understand some of the on line starters aren't very good.

I used a company in Turlock, CA that rebuilds starters, Alternators, and Stators. They aren't cheap but their work is outstanding and when I was working they rebuilt many starters and Alternators for us, and never had one recall that I can remember.

I'm going to send my extra starter down to them and have it gone through.

When I get it back if anyone is interested I'll post the price and turn around time.

That would be great since reliable starters and rebuilders seem to be getting harder to come by.
