Not that I'll be worrying about it anytime soon but while I wait for my manual I wonder how hard it would be to upgrade the stereo on the 85 ASP. Is there a drop-in i can get?

well if you replace the honda radio with an aftermarket you'll loose the auto mute when you use the intercom or cb, you'll loose the auto volume control too. but using an aftermarket radio can be done

I dont have any plans on using the cb or intercom. In fact I am planning on removing the cb and the wiring associated with the helmets. There is also a pulsar control for the headlight id like to remove as well.

If you remove all of that, don't throw it away, there is a market of GW Owners looking for that stuff all the time!
roger that. In fact I'll post anything that comes of the bike thats not going back on.
