I have one of those I bought at a local shop, I absolutely love it!

I have two (of exactly the same one)! One on the grip and always a spare in the trunk. I cannot ride without it!!
Thinking I should order another are these just for throttle?.

I thought they were cool too. I had an issue with the cuff of my jacket sleeve catching it if I lifted off the grip and making bars turn left abruptly. My situation may be just me, my radar detector is on the righthand bar to mute it occassionally. Might be fine if I rearranged some things to the left side, It also occasionally hooked me when parked and dismounting, never caused much more than a slight aggravation. Mine's in a box for now.

My Valk came with two on it. One on either side did feel comfortable. I've since put the one from the left on my 1200. I've had no issues of either catching on anything. I positioned both to support the base of my thumb at a throttle position suitable for cruising.

I only use it on the throttle grip, but it completely prevents numb thumb and wrist pain. An added feature for was it eased up the pull I had in my right shoulder when I had torn ligaments in my rotator cuff. Having the throttle pad allows me mto hold the throttle open with the palm of my hand without needing to grip.

I used to have one, but I bought the knock off Kuryakyn grips with the cramp buster built into it.

I like that this one isn't as big.

A friend of mine usehelos one on each grip, he says it helps both hands.

Where did you get the knock off ones Brian?

EBay. I think they were like $30 but the ones pictured are Kuryakyns. The 1200 parts bike I bought had a pair of Kuryakyns that are now on my 1200. I now understand why they cost so much. They are a very good grip, but I'm not sure I would pay $80 for them though.

Here`s a pair withe a different kind of paddle rest, I wonder if the throttle tubes on dual cable bikes are the same, see grips with throttle installed and they all look the same to me.

Mine came without the tube installed. I got accustomed to the smaller paddle and actually prefer it now over the larger ones like the cramp busters. That one though isn't too big, and it is soon time for a new pair of grips for the 81.

I ordered 2 of the .99 universals. 6-8 weeks is fine, i will have forgotten about them by the time i get them.
Like finding money in my jeans.

Question. I've never used these 'cramp busters', have never seen the need but I wonder if it's due to I always wear gloves. I can open the hand and the glove has enough grip to hang onto the grip with just some slight downward pressure. Do y'all wear gloves and still find the need for them?

I do wear gloves and use a crampbuster, I used to get extreme hand fatigue, but I've also had carpal tunnel surgery since then.

noticed better low speed control as well, like cruising through parking lots or in slow traffic, just takes a little palm pressure to keep a steady speed.
