What is your favorite cable lube

Ok, reading up on different cable lube that folks use.
Looks like a variety is being used.
What's your favorite?(graphite, 3 in 1, grease, spray lube, oil,) what do ya think? :beg: :beg:

ATF is mine ....i guess im the aft guy ...its an oil with cleaner in it ....just use yesterday on the 77 .....you can almost see the crap sterts comeing out on the lower end of the cable

I lubed all my cables a couple years ago and they're still easy pull.

That is usually true. I like Howes Lubricant, I never tried ATF

Are we talkin clutch, speedo, or throttle cables here....or do it matter? I needs to relube my speebomeber cable again....I used ATF and some light assembly lube last time.

Actually I have found that a good liquid grahhite lube does a very nice job
