wheel swap

hello everybody. this is my first post, i was thinking of replacing my 82 constar wheels with a set off a 83 , would anyone know of the problems i would have doing this, or if any other parts are needed besides the wheels themselves to complete this swap.

Welcome to the forums.

Both years have same size wheels and tires so it should be plug and play.
I'm not certain about the brake disks though since 83 is the first year linked brakes started.
My guess is rotors would swap over if needed.

Welcome aboard briar. Wheel swap should be pretty easy.

I've done this on a 79 wing ....the rear is pretty much plug and play ...but the front is a little harder as rotor alignment is a problem ....but might not be on a 82 ...rotors changed in 83 and the 83 wheel might have to have shims taken out ..but it is completely doable ....and many have.
