winter storms

We had some snow over Christmas here. Mostly due to the Temp influences from Puget sound we tend to get slushy snow and a lot of rain.
If it is close to freezing then the bridges tend to freeze up and there are a lot of bridges.

I do miss my winters in Eastern Or. Can't usually ride but even though it is cold you still get sun and that is a nice feature.

We only got four inches last night but it was a wet, hard packing snow. Three little granddaughters helped me build a seven foot snowman complete with carrot nose and two eyes made out of coal, (I do a little blacksmithing). arty:

I gotta fix my snowblower. The little electric one I bought was really overworked with 5-6" of this heavy crap.
