winterizing the water cooling system

Thanks to all that posted to my other post.but im needing to know about the water system,what do i need to do on keeping it from freezing.how much antifreez ECT......i have a 84 Gl1200 aspencade..

It's just like a car, 50/50 or 60/40, whatever the temp will require.
