64 old back on the road again

Hey all After several years of not riding I bought another wing....an 83 Aspencade. Bringing it back to life after being stored for about 8 yrs is going great. My question is the radio. The up down station buttons don't work as well as the memory buttons. I'm getting static but can't find a station . Any idea's would be much appreciated.

Glad to hear you are back on the road. I have no experience with the original radios. My bike was a Standard that I added a modern radio system to afterward.
