Sorry but someone was going to do this on this post.
I believe they are asking you what kind of bulbs are in the light fixtures themselves, we realize that HD is printed on the light but what kind of bulbs are actually in them :?: :?:
Not trying to be a smart a$$$ just trying to possibly clear this up alittle. :hi:

I think checking the integrity of the ground circuit is the best advice you got on this so far.

Check the bulb so you know what you have.
If it's a dual filament socket with a single filament bulb in it, can cause all sorts of weird problems.

Perhaps this wiring diagram will help.
