results are coming quick ... i may go back to 50 idle jet in primary ...if anything it might be a bit rich there ....primary so far is 60 idle jet ..120 gas jet ...220 air ...secondary 60 idle jet ...140 gas jet ... 160 air .....

thanks guys ..2 things going on here ...1 i broke the vac hose i had going to the 1200 black box ... so far i cant seem to find a piece but still looking ...i may not be getting any advance at all ..not real sure here as i am not that up on 1200 black box and how the system works...the other thing is i am going to try and reduce idle jet ...this is next up on the days work :builder: :thanks:

Sounds better & better, making me think, more & more about converting the whole group in my shop. :salute: Would have 4 sets to sell for funds, & that's 1 extra set for 3 bikes. :headscratch: As i am getting a parts standard together, with 1200 drive train, that would be the first to do, with 1500 wheel, drive, & brake mount bracket, we spoke of before. Keep up the good work, & keep us up to date :yes:

i put an air box on ...as it was getting close ...it is hooches air box ....the 50 idle jet seemed to make almost perfect id say something between 50 and 60 idle jet is the sweet spot ...i am rather done for day on this ...as it time to do some things around the house ...i am pleased now ...its really showing some power ... i hope the video is inspiration to ones thinking of going to a single as in my opinion there is absolutely no loss of anything going to a single set up ....ive made many mods to the basic dft set up and it is also my opinion they have to be modded to perform like this video shows .....

i have modded mine way different from the weber path and info of how to tune it ... i may make a separate thread about all the changes i did and the methods of my tuning tech that differs so much from weber info ...this carb was made for economy cars and to make it a performance carb... things needed to be different .... :thanks:
