How long before your daughters have it back together now? :music2:
They have ABANDONED ME! My key Goldwing Mechanic/Restorer decided she needed to "follow her dream" and won't come back from Florida to help me put this back together. I did talk to her on the phone about what to do,and you know what she said??

"Dad, someone put that bike together, some one can take it apart AND put it back together. You are a someone....go find the tools!"

Seems I heard that advice from my own mouth when I told her (at 16 years old) to take the engine out of the bike during the first restore!

My other daughter, who at 10 years old was thrilled to help paint the bike and do some pinstriping and at 12 years old helped with the '83 engine swap is now 16 and would rather do things she has deemed "more productive" like texting and snapchat than get her hands dirty. She likes to help when bleeding brakes....because she can sit on the bike while working! :hihihi:

I still need to smooth out the welds and edges, but at least you can get an idea.

Caveman... are you coming over to the "Joe & Brian" way of do things?

JB Weld is sandable and will make ANY weld look good when it is painted... just sayin!
