ONLY 70's ?! We are going to have a warm-up to a whopping 26 today.
Busy in the shop trying to make brass carb parts...don't have a chuck small enough to hold the drill bit!

Actually........I've been hiding in the garage working on the '81 and having a blast!

I turned my dining room table into a work bench to re-work an old fairing...

I too have noticed the lack of activity. In my case I had surgery on a torn tendon on my right middle finger the week before Christmas and have not been able to work on the Gold Witch without risking tearing it again. Doc says I am on schedule but no heavy lifting and I am scared to use the ratchet. I fear I have another head gasket leak with some heavy steam coming out of the left side and I want to work on it, but I have to be careful. I'll be dammed if I have to go through the rehab again just so I can fix the bike and let it sit for another month or so while it warms up.

Things will pick up here.

I have some work to do to the wing and the mighty ST 1300 but seeing that they don't hibernate at home with me the work will be done when the weather warms up. none of the work would prevent me from riding either of them

I heard on the news a couple of weeks back that tapes are coming back. There is apparently a manufacturer in the US that cannot keep up with the demand. Much like vinyl (records) if you keep items long enough you are once again at the leading edge. If tapes are coming back, our GWs with tape decks are once again state-of-the-art.

Cheers

I like a 32 GB thumb drive. At last count I think I have around 900 songs on that drive and I haven't even used 4 GB yet.

Same here, it's amazing!
