I get those ball bearings from Central Illinois Bearing Company, which sells individual ball bearings for like a quarter. I looked for "bearing company near berea Kentucky" and Google showed me several.

Thanks for the heads up. I may check with a bicycle shop. They carry a variety of sizes, too.
 
I have not done a darn thing about the ball bearing. I rode to Louisville this morning and back this afternoon and did not even think about it. That is about 100 miles of interstate each way and it was not an issue. I still want to fix it but I am no longer in a hurry.
